“(While its movies include plenty of whimsical prisons—Rapunzel’s tower, Quasimodo’s belfry—Disney doesn’t have a jail.)”

Oh, that does it: A Rapunzel, Quasimodo, Woody’s jail, or Lady & the Tramp dog-pound themed security waiting-room is something they absolutely HAVE to build at MK now…
All the magic, with the sarcasm included. 🙂

Noooooo! Now I would want to see it! Which would make me a ‘treasured guest’. Why would you put these thoughts in my head! 😂

Funny how things have become so proper. Back in the day we called those guests pain in the a–.

Just re-enforces my desire not to be a guest at all in Disney properties.

I was there in mid-October with my six year old son. There were numerous instances in which I felt individuals should receive this designation. The number of people who felt it was perfectly acceptable to curse loudly in a family environment was shocking… and not accidentally say something small, but full-blown curse words every other word. I also did see one lady get the designation because she simply couldn’t figure out that she was not allowed to show up early for Lightning Lanes and demanded repeatedly to “speak to the manager” in an unnecessarily loud voice. Oh, and dont get me started on the crowd waiting for fireworks. I thought there was going to be a brawl every 5 seconds.
I get that you spend a lot of money at these places and you sometimes feel like you are not getting what you paid for, but the behavior of some people was very bad.
