Enjoy the Splendor of the Season at Downtown Disney Holiday at the Disneyland Resort. Treats, shopping, and plenty of Disneyland Christmas Spirit! From sweets and treats to gorgeous carolers, Disney’s California shopping district has so much to offer us this holiday season.

Downtown Disney Holiday Treats and Sweets
Hungry? Downtown Disney has always been the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat, and the holiday magic is present on every theme park plate!
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes has a new Peppermint Classic Shake, frosty with a chocolate mint pattie and whipped cream on top. Don’t forget the crushed peppermint and chocolate drizzle, which is essential to the flavor! You can also grab a California Churro, but this time, let’s make it a White Peppermint Churro, coated in powdered sugar and drizzled with peppermint icing.

A Christmas Snowman and Gingerbread Macarons can be had at Kayla’s Cake, while La Brea Bakery & Café is where you can pick up the late fall Pumpkin Mousse Tart, or a Pumpkin or Peppermint Latte. Keeping with the bakery theme, use your Disneyland App to mobile order a Mickey Marshmallow or Snowflake Caramel Apple from Marceline’s Confectionery. Mobile Order makes it easier than ever.

From Salt & Straw, you can “savor a scoop or pint of festive new flavors that embrace warmth and spice, such as Peppermint Cocoa, Gingerbread Cookie Dough, Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache or The Great Cookie Swap, beginning Nov. 26, 2021.”
Sprinkles continues to celebrate the holidays with three-holiday cupcakes in flavors like Christmas Cookie, Gingerbread and Chocolate Peppermint.
Downtown Disney Holiday Entertainment
The Disney Parks Blog told us this week that the holiday celebration starts with “a cappella carolers throughout the season featuring Holiday Harmony, The Moonrays and The Sugarplums who perform near the Downtown Disney District main stage, Fridays through Sundays, Nov. 26-Dec. 26, 2021, along with our main stage bands.”

Shopping for Christmas Treasures at Downtown Disney
The weather outside might now be frightful, but the shopping is so delightful! Any Disney fan will love something purchased from Downtown Disney! The World of Disney, Disney Home, and essential Disney Dress shop offers thrills for the whole family.
From California Sole’s comfy footwear to Curl Surf’s cozy jammies and Ugg boots, these snug building blocks of weekends are begging to be bought.

Coming soon, Post 21 is a new kiosk. A Black-owned mother-daughter retailer, they are offering curated modern and design-forward merchandise from Black-owned businesses – including products for kids, home, and more!
Something more sentimental yet fresh? Try Sugarboo & Co. Their handmade paper is made from recycled materials and comes in an aged white color with deckled edges, which can be paired with a hanging glass wall frame and pressed botanicals, for a unique and elegant gift.
Disney Keeps the Giving Going
“Now through December 14, 2021, join the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive supporting Toys for Tots and give back to those in need this holiday season. Donate a toy online at shopDisney.com, or donate a new, unwrapped toy in person at Downtown Disney District. Donation bins are located near World of Disney and Star Wars Trading Post. Disney’s tradition of supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves’ Toys for Tots program dates back to Walt Disney, who personally supervised the creation of the Toys for Tots logo. Disney also was a founding sponsor of the program when it began in 1947. Today, the Disneyland Resort is proud to continue supporting this tradition.” – Disney Parks Blog

Disney has all the details for your holiday shopping, dining, and entertaining in the Downtown Disney District 2021 Holiday Guide. You can download this at Disneyland.com/DTDHolidayGuide, or pick up a copy at select locations in Downtown Disney District.
