Saved up? Doesn’t her husband’s family own or previously owned Farm Boy grocery stores in Canada and she is one of those Beach Body pyramid scheme “coaches”? Safe to say they are pretty well off.

Someone has forgotten about this thing called humidity. No, you won’t be out there 90% of the time, and most of the time your house will be closed up with AC running.
And those drawers out on the lanai, the anoles and geckos love hiding in them. Would have done better without and with a screen that opens and closes quickly. That motorized one will have the critters coming in.

It’s jaw dropping. Just FYI, builders don’t “BUY” you any gifts. It’s built into the cost of the building the house.
