It seems that WDI has improved a few scenes. Unfortunately, it has ignored the riders chief flaw…THE BOATS!! First, guests are forced to turn sideways and cranevtheir necks to see what’s happening on the shore. Why can’t the seats be turned around, so guests face FORWARD, as they do on EVERY other Disney park boat ride?! Ascforvthe seats themselves, they should be PADDED, as they used to be! The lamp on the bow of the MK ride should be “snooted” so that, during night cruises, it doesn’t blind guests and obscure what’s ahead! The boat engines at WDW make too much noise and cause a lot of jerky mess. Okay, that about does it! I feel better now.
Matthew, you have it right! I never understood why the seating in those boats are configured that way. I really don’t like when I have to sit in the middle either. With all of the engineering advances you’d think they would figure out a way to be more efficient and quieter too. I suppose they did not make traditional rows because a shorter person might get stuck behind a bunch of tall people, but there should be a better way.

So, chimpanzees are looting the wrecked boat. Ok. Someone is going to get offended.
