Disneyland Paris has announced that it will begin selling Annual Passes on July 15. This is notable as it is much sooner than both Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort, which have not offered the sale of new Annual Passes since they reopened. Disney World in Florida has been reopened for nearly a full year and still hasn’t resumed the sale of Annual Passes, and Disneyland in California ended its Annual Pass program when the Resort was still closed and hasn’t yet announced a new AP option.
Although Disneyland Paris is offering Guests the opportunity to purchase a new Annual Pass or renew an existing Annual Pass, Disney is still allowing you to ask for a full refund for your Pass as well. Why? Well, at this time, Disneyland Paris is requiring an advanced online reservation in order to enter the theme parks. As this has changed the Annual Pass experience for Guests, Disney has stated that under certain conditions you can ask for a full refund. Here are the details:

We understand that this new way of using your Annual Pass is different from what you were used to. With that in mind, you will have the option to cancel your Annual Pass membership (only available to Passholders who purchased their Annual Pass before the 6th July 2021).
For all refund requests, please fill in and validate the dedicated form. Cancellation requests will be accepted through August 8th, 2021 included and Membership cancellation will be effective on the 9th August 2021.
Currently, at Walt Disney World Guests can only renew their Annual Passes on a case by case basis. Sales of new Annual Passes are unavailable at this time. You can read our full guide to Disney World Annual Passes here.
As we wait for Walt Disney World to reopen the sales of their Annual Passes, you can purchase an Annual Pass at Universal Orlando Resort, read more details on that here.

Over at Disneyland, the Annual Pass program has been discontinued, all previous Disneyland Annual Passholders are now referred to as Legacy Passholder. Disneyland President Ken Potrock has confirmed that this new Annual Pass program will roll out by the end of this year.
