I’m going the end of the month, but not over a weekend so hoping the wait times are manageable. Also going in October for the 50th anniversary celebration. Also not including and weekend dates. I have a disability so will be utilizing the DAS, which I hope will help.
I am hoping to go in September and I am thinking that the parks might be quieter due to people putting off their trip until after October 1st.
WENT ON A TUESDAY LAST WEEK. CROWDED, HOT, AND OVER 60 MIN.++ WAIT FOR ANY RIDE. DO NOT GO IN THE SUMMER. HORRIBLE..
We went last Monday and it was a nightmare 80% capacity and all rides where an hour wait. We will never go back. No social distancing and no sanitizer. And no cleaning rides
Can we finally end the argument that long standby lines in the parks are caused by Fastpass?
The park is probably at 50% and we are seeing lines of over 3 hours on some rides.
If Fastpass doesn’t come back, guests will only get on 2 or three rides a day when the park hits 100%
SEEMS LIKE DISNEY WANTED THE LONG LINES SO IT COULD START CHARGING FOR FAST PASS
GOING TO HAVE FAST PASS AS AN ADDED COST $$$.. NEED TO OPEN THE CLOSED SHOWS, LIKE BEAUTY AND THE BEAST TO ALLEVIATE SOME OF THE CROWD.
We where there last week 3 hour wait on some rides and 80% capacity. No sanitizer and no cleaning of the rides either
We are here for the Food and Wine expo and everything was great! No lines and it is noticeable that the capacity is low. We have been coming here since 2006 and this is the most relaxing trip yet! Plenty of sanitizer available.
Of course Disney can expect long wait lines due to no Fast pass system & no live shows! Come on guys, these wait times are ridiculous & just going to get worse. Bring back the Fast Passes (& I’d really be shocked & surprised if Disney didn’t start charging for them) AND the Live shows. Do something…
We saw several people use fast pass last week
Time to open EVERYTHING back up so people have more to do and watch and starting fast pass up again will help the wait times to go down.
What confuses the heck out of me is why are people still going to Disney, think about the heat and humidity in Orlando are at its peak now, then add park reservations required a head of time, no shows, no parades, no fast passes, 1 of 2 water parks shut down, long long lines for almost all the popular attractions and food, increase in food, tickets and parking, magical express luggage service eliminated, yet they still come with hard earned money or stimulus check funds and hand it over while the Disney executive’s keep raking it in. My wife and I went in February as our annual passes were about to expire just to get another trip in and we could see for ourselves the pros and cons and I can say without any reservation it was our last trip and we have been going to Disney from Maryland since 2004.
We went last week it was a nightmare. Fast pass well some had it… Park at 80% and one water park open and parades galore…we will not be back either….ever
We were there last week also and as said the wait times were all over 60 minutes with some over 100 minutes. Friday nite in the Kingdom was unbearable. Going since 2002-the magic wasn’t there. No parades, shops and half the rides closed . Most restaurants closed. Almost impossible to get reservations As DVC members staff was not welcoming. Prices for food up, passes up. No luggage delivery for magical express.
They give fast passes out if a ride breaks down or some kind of event along those lines. But it is not one that you can buy.
We are here for the Food and Wine expo and everything was great! No lines and it is noticeable that the capacity is low. We have been coming here since 2006 and this is the most relaxing trip yet!
