Just got back Monday June 21
No tram from parking lots
Most food places closed
Few that are opened mobile ordering only with 2-3 hour wait
45-120 min wait on most attractions that were open
Very trashy not the clean Disney we love
Very understaffed and not that friendly atmosphere we have grown to love
Absolutely!!!! I love getting on the rides faster but the park is dirty and service is not the same.
Went there in May. Not going again until Park Hopping WITHOUT restrictions are allowed and Annual Passes are sold. Disney is more expensive then ever with less services and less magic. It certainly is NOT what it used to be; Walt must be rolling over in his grave!!!
We were there June 7- 14. It was fantastic! HOT but we survived! We got on every ride, in every park, a few twice. Sometimes we had been on 3 rides before the park even opened! They DID brake down alot, but it was usually after we were on them for some reason!?
Mobile ordering for quick service food was awesome! We would order in the morning for like 1:00 and hit the we are here at 12:50 or so and didn’t wait much at all.. getting seats was a bit harder, but with a group of 14 a few people always had that job! Food was great everywhere. For the in service restaurants I would give a 5 to: Topolinos (character dining) and the Boathouse.. Best food ever!
The only thing we really missed was the fireworks! That was sad, but we will watch them on TV (Happily Everafter), while we all are doing our memory maker photos together and eating homemade Disney food!!
Some nights we even got to use our swimming pool at CBR! BUT 6AM comes up fast, so get to sleep!
Calvalcades are great! We did see all the characters and princesses. LOVED THEM verses the bigger parade!
So happy we did NOT have to deal with those crowds pictured above! At times it was crowded, but lines went pretty quickly, especially when you are there early!
Went and May and won’t go back until Park Hopping Restrictions are lifted and Annual Passes are sold. Way too many restrictions and less services.
Went to MK last Saturday. Weird being mask-less but nice. As APs, we made our park reservations the night before and were surprised MK had openings. Most rides didn’t have more than 30-45min wait which isn’t bad, especially for a Saturday in June! 7 Dwarves and Splash was 65min, not surprisingly. Easy mobile phone for counter service but we miss the walk up and order, change your mind or add to your order option. Miss looking/browsing at the bakery case in Gasparilla Grill at Grand Floridian. Miss Casey’s hot dogs and the Confectionery BOTH are closed for refurbishment! Love that the People Mover is up and running. I miss the parade and fireworks. Makes me sad for those who flew from far away – it is not normal yet, it’s getting there but it is not The Disney Experience! When October comes it’ll be hard getting a park reservation because they’re supposed to have everything finished by then. If you build it, they will come. But they’ll have to do some major Disney magic!
