Lotr would be the best thing Universal have done, as long as it’s created sympathetically to the original story and would I’m sure attract many fans

I totally agree. Having a land that only compliments the movies, books, and even the original animated film would be a treat for all fans and only bring happiness, no hate!

Every once and a while, they can have Albus Dumbledore and Gandalf fight it out for the Wizard Supreme title.

Oh my gosh, and they misquote each other since everyone thinks they’re the same person, haha!

Absolutely, a big “thumbs up” for a LOTR themed park! I came of age (71) when the books became popular.Although I probably wouldn’t see the realization of the Park in my lifetime, it is a quest journey which as stood the test of time and will continue to inspire future generations. Go for it!

That is an amazing testiment! I’m really hoping these rumors gain some traction and Universal makes this real!

I love this article! I hope somebody who can make this a reality reads it. If there was a LOTR land I think it would be more popular than Pandora in AK., especially if they could make a Shire like hotel with little bungalows and maybe a center tower hotel. This would be so cool! Thanks Alex for the article. Our family loves reading them!
