On June 15, some major changes came to the Disneyland Resort. Out-of-state Guests could once again visit the Happiest Place on Earth and masks would no longer be required for vaccinated Guests. Not only that, Disneyland would be allowed to increase capacity to 100 percent, although it has not done so at this time.

While the theme parks are not yet operating at full capacity, they are continuing to open up more of their dining locations as more and more Guests are able to visit. Dining locations throughout the parks are also expanding their dining availability. One of those locations is the Lamplight Lounge on Pixar Pier. The Lamplight Lounge recently announced that it would bring back brunch, and now another new dining option is coming to the restaurant — Boardwalk Dining!

Disney Parks Blog shared more information on what Guests can expect when Lamplight Lounge Boardwalk Dining comes to Disney California Adventure Park.

You will see a new offering on the list: Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining! Enjoy patio dining at Lamplight Lounge with a fun new menu featuring select signature Lamplight Lounge offerings. Reservations are not needed (walk-up only) for Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining, but of course, you can still make a reservation to dine downstairs at Lamplight Lounge.

The Boardwalk area of Lamplight Lounge was originally known as the Cove Bar and was incredibly popular among theme park Guests. The area maintained its popularity when it reopened with a revamped, Pixar-themed menu in conjunction with Lamplight Lounge.

Boardwalk Dining at Lamplight Lounge will begin on June 24. Disney Parks Blog noted that the outdoor dining area will feature a new menu, but we do not currently know what items will be on it. Before the theme park shut down, the menu featured popular items like Lobster nachos — a carry-over from the Cove Bar days — and sweet and spicy chicken wings.

The best part about Boardwalk Dining at Lamplight Lounge is that it is walk-up only! No reservations are required to dine at this great location right on the water across from the Incredicoaster and sample some of the delicious food and drinks on their menu.
