The popular ride, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, draws in Guests each and every day as Star Wars fans cannot wait to join the Resistance in an epic battle against the First Order.
However today, the ride looks like it is having some issues — Just minutes after park opening.

Per WDW Stats on Twitter, the popular ride closed down at approximately 9:04 a.m. — Just four minutes after Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened:

Then, at approximately 9:25 a.m., Rise of the Resistance opened up after being down for 21 minutes:

However, the ride wasn’t open for long as just 2 minutes later, the ride shut down once again:

This was also reflected in the My Disney Experience app, which you can see in the screenshot taken at 10:13 a.m. below.
Since its original publication, the attraction has reopened to Guests. Be sure to check with a nearby Cast Member or the My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date information regarding wait times and closures.
Keep in mind that if you are planning to ride Rise of the Resistance, you and your part must need a boarding group in order to get in the queue line. Those with a park reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios can try to grab a boarding group at 7 a.m. or 2 p.m. that day by utilizing the My Disney Experience app.
