At the moment, Damage Control (get it?) on social media is stepping in to say, if Disney didn’t actually SAY “Fantastic”, it could just as easily be their big brand-naming for “Phase IV”, which they’ve frustrated themselves and the fans with for seven years.
At this point, Phase IV (which has four different ideas at the moment, and no announced ones involving the Richards family) has been its own brandname, and Marvel’s event was to work overtime to convince us that “It’s not all over” after Endgame.
Which, frankly, it was starting to feel like it WAS, for a while, with all the “Participation-trophy” B-actor series on D+.
