I rode the Sky Liner in April of this year and the cars do come into the stations at breakneck speeds. Fun but scary.
The Skyliner opened in 2019, not last September. While three incidents in near two years is too many, it is not as bad as the article makes seem to be, implying that these all occurred in less than one year of operation.
