Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson, took to YouTube to show her followers exactly what she does at the end of the night to help her wind down and relax.
Larson explained to her followers that, if she can, she likes to begin her nighttime wind-down routine as soon as the sun begins to go down. She said that she wants and needs a lot of sleep, so she tries to get to bed by 9 p.m. if possible.
No matter what time of job you have, it can sometimes leave you feeling frazzled and burnt out. To help get her in the right frame of mind as she begins to relax for the evening, the Captain Marvel star uses the app Brain F.M., which provides key processes to remove distractions from the brain.

After a good face cleaning, Larson hops into her pajamas and jumps into bed. It is here that she likes to put oil on her face and practice Gua Sha. It is believed that this practice will help relieve pain and tension in the area you are scraping.

The next steps Larson takes can truly help you unwind from your day and take a break from the world of work. She puts her phone on “Do Not Disturb” and then brushes her teeth.
