This is actually our family’s favorite place to stay because they offer rather large family suites. However, the tower rooms still have a musty smell they can’t seem to remove. Since Hilton took over ownership, we haven’t liked staying here and are staying on other properties instead for the same money. It used to be a great value and now not worth the cost they are asking. Food also seemed to be an issue for a quick bite. Their Cafe wasn’t great for our three children. We ended up across the street at Disney Springs even for breakfast.
Will certainly use it but won’t be visiting WDW until it’s operational. Disney doing away with Magical Express shows that they are losing touch with what made them special and why out of town guests like me were loyal repeat guests.
