Well I think that due to the health and safety of the public we cannot count out people that are still going to the parks. The Orlando Park announes that it’s fill to compacity so they are receiving money, but public safety is a must as long as it will be built. If it takes time then it’s a good thing for universal because it will give them more time to go over plans and discover new techs and inventions.
