Do you hate working out? Me too. But what if I told you that I knew a way you could not only like, but LOVE to exercise?

I promise I am no magician, but I do know of some workouts that make you feel a lot more like you are at a bar dancing around instead of at a gym sweating and dying to go home to watch some Disney+. Oh, and did I mention it’s Disney themed? Fitness instructor Emily Thorne popped on the YouTube scene this quarantine and somehow made people look forward to exercising again with her fun themes, music, and dance style HIIT moves.

Now, she’s hit us with a Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus workout, and we are LOVING it! She really did give us the best of both worlds.

The playlist is comprised of some serious Bangerz (Dear Miley Fans, I hope you caught that reference):

1.(Warm-Up) “We Can’t Stop”-Miley Cyrus

2. “Hoedown Throwdown”-Hannah Montana

3. “Party in the USA”- Miley Cyrus

4. “Nobody’s Perfect”-Hannah Montana

5. “Wrecking Ball” (Jacopo Cavalli Remix)- Miley Cyrus

6. “Best of Both Worlds”-Hannah Montana

Check out the workout below:

So, not only do you get to flail around and act like a complete fool while rewinding and living your best 2006 self, but you can burn over 200 calories in under 30 minutes at the same time! Now, calorie counts are different for everyone, so you can’t judge this number and think it will apply to you in the same way. Depending on your body type, you can even burn more (or possibly less) than this number — but take it from us, you will be a sweaty mess.

This is not Emkfit’s (that is Emily’s YouTube handle) first rodeo when it comes to adding Disney into her workouts. Click below to see only a couple of other Disney theme HIIT workouts that Emily collaborated on, which showcase songs from Hercules, Mulan, High School Musical, The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Cheetah Girls, and more!

If you are new to working out or a pro, these exercise videos are for you! It’s an easy, fun way to get some movement in your day — and you will probably end up counting down the days under her next HIIT is released! Right now, Emily has been doing the 12 days of HIITmas, where she is releasing 12 HIIT videos with both Christmas and regular themes to go along with it, so grab that eggnog and let’s squat!

Do you think working out to Disney music would be a fun idea?
