Lines were shorter EXCEPT at Hollywood Studios where we stood longer in line than was noted. Especially, Slinky Dog Dash – almost 90 minutes! This was the first week of December. Magic Kingdom lines zipped fast. Same at Universal and Islands of Adventure. On Hollywood Studios was very challenging, super croweded and very long waits.
Remember there is no Fastpass so every ride vehicle is being filled with people in the main queue rather than only 50 or 35%. Hopefully this will be an eye opener to people showing just how much Fastpass doubles or triples wait times.

We were there the week after Thanksgiving. The lines look extremely long , but wait times were shorter than they showed. It is a great time to go.
