It sucks to get laid off. But come on, that’s the reason why they are laid off so they can save money on expenses. So why would they pay for the benefits of former employees? There’s plenty of people that’s been laid off at non-theme park jobs that need this same level of support too. People been getting laid off in a quick email without any notice. Theme parks are paying their employees for one-two months before giving them the boot. Like that’s more than others can say they got.
