No county in Southern California is going into the yellow tier. This isn’t about science, this is about politics. If the theme parks really thought these guidelines were feasible, they wouldn’t be making statements that they are unreasonable.
I dont see the issue for wanting a theme park to reopen when the county is at a lower virus spread rate. I also dont see the issue for not wanting there to be indoor lines. I wouldn’t feel as comfortable waiting longer times in an indoor queue.
I am not sure why Disneyland has not chosen to at least open the outside areas of the parks, similar to what Knotts Berry Farm is doing currently. I didnt mind at all paying a daily fee to go to the Knotts park just to eat food and walk around outside. I feel that would be a reasonable compromise for Disneyland until OC gets to the Yellow Tier…
