Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida currently has no Disney Park Pass availability for Disney Resort Hotel Guests or single day ticket holders on Christmas Day this year.

As you can see below in Inside the Magic’s screenshots of the My Disney Experience Park Pass availability calendar, only Annual Passholders can still obtain reservations to visit Magic Kingdom on December 25.

For those who have not yet used the Disney Park Pass System, the following details are featured on the Disney World website:

To enter one of the parks, in addition to valid admission, each guest is required to make a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass system.

Check to see if your desired date and park is currently available before purchasing your ticket, Annual Pass or package. Please make your reservation immediately after you purchase your ticket as availability can change. Availability is subject to change and may not reflect the reservations available at the time you make your reservation in the Disney Park Pass reservation system.

What to Expect for the Holidays at Disney World This Year

It is important to note that the Christmas experience at Walt Disney World Resort may be different than Guests have experienced in the past. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom and the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Candlelight Processional — previously hosted by celebrities like Neil Patrick Harris — have been canceled for the year.

Furthermore, Cinderella Castle will not have its traditional Dream Lights display, but will feature a colorful light show featuring various holiday motifs, including a Christmas sweater and a red, green, and gold overlay.

If you are hoping to experience a still-magical Christmas at Disney World this year and you’re an Annual Passholder, act fast to reserve your spot using the Disney Park Pass system. Stay tuned to Inside the Magic to find out if any additional passes are added prior to December, as Disney has been known to add more availability.
