The answer is it isn’t even a possibility, the unions at Disneyland have required that Disney call back their full time CMs first and they must be given full time hours, that means the parks will have to be open a minimum of 5 days a week.
Additionally, Disneyland depends far more on locals than tourists, unlike Florida where it is the other way around and considering the number if people who are opting to home school their children in southern California rather than deal with distance learning or the mess that in person learning is, there are plenty of people with time during the weekdays to go right now, in fact the parks may prove busier in the middle of the week than the weekends for a while, who knows, but the parks will not be weekends only.
