Great to see the “woke” company who panders to the woke crowd getting a taste of “wokeness.”

Rich, I don’t see you’re point complaining about the woke company, but you Visit a website dedicated to the woke company you are complaining about and leave comments in the comment section… what the heck does that make you, besides a lost internet troll… if you didn’t care about Disney stuff you wouldn’t be on this site…

I care about the Disney World that Walt invented, not what the pandering crowd turned it into so I can enjoy Walt’s dream everyday without subscribing to the management garbage that passes for PC

I’m pretty sure the controversy comes more from trying to charge people an extra $30/£20 to watch one movie, when we all know we can just watch it free (except the Disney+ subscription fee) in a few months. I know some people did, but most people I know are going to wait, and most of those who have seen it said they would have rather waited.

Yes, that was the “backlash” I expected to see clicking on the article–
And Disney’s conflicting reports of whether it was “Digital’s biggest title” or “Underperforming”, between diehard fangirls who symbolically wanted to pay for it, and longtime streaming vets who knew enough to wait.

A division that’s going to be even BIGGER if/when Marvel’s Black Widow gets bumped down to premium-streaming.
      (As some say it deserves…)

Also I think once you end your subscription you lose the movie too

At first I was going to watch Mulan after the $30 charge ended but now I refuse to watch it for the horrifying political controversies surrounding the movie. I’m so ashamed of Disney.
