Updated: 9/30 2.50 pm EST.

Colorpop has officially delayed the launch until tomorrow, they explain the reason being that Shopify could not support the amount of traffic on the website for the launch. The Hocus Pocus collection will be available 10/1 at 10 am PST.

Here are the tweets from ColourPop confirming:

Today was supposed to be the launch of the latest ColourPop Cosmetics X Disney collaboration for Halloween featuring Hocus Pocus.  Unfortunately for fans who waited until the launch time of 10 am PT were disappointed to find the website having technical difficulties.

The first tweet from the official @ColourPopCo about the situation stated that Shopify was down and that they were working on a solution,

However, their next tweet states there were so many people trying to get onto the website at one time it crashed the site!

Clearly still having a difficult time the makeup brand then tweeted this!

Someone needs to blow out the black flame candle and let the Sanderson sisters put a spell on this launch to help it get fixed!

After nearly 20 minutes past the initially scheduled launch time of the collection, the Colourpop website is still experiencing issues!

The ‘Hocus Pocus’ makeup collaboration includes one eyeshadow palette, 2 body glitters, 3 gel liners, 3 lip duo kits, and 3 false eyelashes, all themed perfectly to our favorite witches, the Sanderson Sisters.

Hopefully for fans trying to purchase this highly anticipated makeup collaboration things will get resolved soon.

This is not the first collaboration between ColourPop and Disney, there have been several Disney Princess collections and most recently a collection dedicated to the animated Mulan movie that coincided with the release of the live-action Mulan debut on Disney+.
