Whose ideas will fall on deaf ears, thanks to Disney Legal restrictions about unsolicited ideas.
Oh, and to answer his question, the reason we have Monsters Inc. in Tomorrowland is the same reason we have MI Laugh Floor in WDW’s Tomorrowland:
Namely, Timekeeper closed down, and every Armchair fan besieged Imagineering with their traditional “…NOW can we have our Monsters Inc. Door-Room Coaster?”
(Despite the fact that you can’t put a ride in a show building, and to this day, I have no idea how we were supposed to “ride” a door, without clinging to it for life like Mike & Sulley did.)
And the fact that fans have been nagging them for TWENTY YEARS, is a good indication they haven’t figured it out yet.
So, DCA just had to settle for turning Superstar Limo into “Mike & Sulley to the Rescue”.

A door room coaster!!!! That sounds like fun! They can figure something out! They are imagineers!
