Confidentiality laws prohibit Disney from identifying the individuals involved in cases or contacts. But there shouldn’t be any restriction about Disney reporting how many cases have been confirmed or are probable, nor should there be any restriction identifying any outbreaks at specific retail or restaurant locations. This is pretty common across the country.
Most schools and colleges are doing this level of reporting (although I read that the Governor of Florida is restricting some of this information – bad governor, bad). Most states and counties are also reporting outbreak locations and the number of cases associated with the outbreaks.

Hiding information doesn’t help anyone.
