Are they also going to include training them to treat visitors like they used to years ago – like their questions or concerns mattered, ya know, that Disney Magic that’s been lost?
This makes me VERY happy. I know Disney isn’t perfect, but this is a great step in the right direction. Being a cast member taught me that inclusiveness was important as I worked with so many people who were different from me (but who were fantastic people), and I’m glad to see it become an official part of training.
