I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love anything and everything that has to do with Halloween, especially when it comes to Disney! Disney has a special way of making all of the holidays feel extra magical and amplified in fun. Unfortunately, this year due to the ongoing pandemic and social distancing measures put in place throughout the parks, the holidays are going to look a little different.
Halloween Season at Disney
This sadly means no Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. While I know that we all understand the reasoning behind this upsetting decision, it’s still hard to not to be at least a little sad about the loss of a favorite holiday tradition this year.
However, despite things looking different in terms of extra shows and holiday celebrations, one thing still remains the same. shopDisney has not disappointed this year with adorable seasonal merchandise, and it’s even released quite a bit earlier than the holiday itself.
New ShopDisney Halloween Candy Bowls
Out of all of the Hocus Pocus, Haunted Mansion and other Disney Halloween themed pieces, my absolute favorite things to shop right now are the Mickey Mouse pumpkin candy bowls. There are two options this year and both are extremely adorable yet nice and spooky! Click the headings below to shop now!
Mickey Mouse Halloween Candy Bowl
This first option is my personal favorite of the two, mostly due to the fact that it’s ceramic and has a bit more of an upscale Halloween decor vibe. It’s meant to look like a sculpted Mickey Mouse pumpkin with a bat shaped carving on the front for Halloween treats, and the phrase “trick or treat” on the back. This Mickey Mouse bowl sells for $34.99!
Mickey Mouse Trick or Treat Candy Bowl
This second piece of Halloween merchandise is really fun to me because it’s unlike any designs I’ve seen for the last few years. While the ceramic one is still my favorite, it’s similar to a design that Disney has sold for the last few Halloween seasons. But this Mickey pumpkin candy bowl is unique with its classic silhouette and whimsical candy and ghost patterns on the ears.
Wondering how it could get better? It’s got another spooky feature that makes it a standout piece in the shopDisney Halloween merchandise round up for this year. The facial features on the jack-o-lantern glow in the dark! Something to note about this bowl is that unlike the other option, this one is hard plastic. However, because of that, it rings in just under $20!
I hope you all have the happiest Halloween (when October finally rolls around) and that you enjoy putting out all of your Disney Halloween decorations! I know I can’t wait to start putting up all of my Halloween decor that I’ve accumulated from shopDisney and the Disney parks over the years.
