Disney Cruise Line passengers who had booked a Disney Cruise vacation that was canceled because of the pandemic were previously offered a future cruise credit equal to 25%, 125% or 150% of their original voyage fare to be used within 15 months of their original sailing, or a full refund. Disney has now announced that they are extending the use of their future cruise credit to sailings that depart by March 31, 2022.
This means that you do not have to feel worried about booking a vacation with a departure within 15 months of your original sail date. Instead, you can board a future sailing on a Disney ship by March 2022 and get your magical vacation
This offer will give future guests much more flexibility when booking their vacations, as they can now rest assured that they have around two years from when Disney temporarily paused cruises to spend their future cruise credit. Additionally, a future cruise credit can allow you to have an elevated Disney Cruise Line vacation by giving you the financial flexibility to upgrade your room, dine at Palo or Remy, book a day at the spa, and more. We know that there are plenty of vacationers who would be happy to have the option of booking a vacation on the Disney Wonder, Disney Magic, Disney Fantasy, or the Disney Dream, far enough in advance to thoughtfully plan it out.
Keep in mind that if your cruise was canceled due to the pandemic, this future cruise credit has been automatically added to your account.
