If you are visiting Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort or Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort, keep this in mind. A curfew was previously in place for Orange County, Florida, meaning that the operating hours were limited for both of these shopping, dining, and entertainment districts. Now, that curfew has been lifted.
The curfew that was previously in place for Orange County, Florida, has been lifted this evening. From now on, Disney Springs and Universal CityWalk will be able to resume their normal operating hours. The lifting of the curfew was announced by Orange County officials, who also took to Twitter to spread the news.
The 10 p.m. curfew will be lifted, effective immediately. It was put in effect on May 31. The purpose of the curfew was to prevent the further spread of #COVID19. With demonstrators wearing face masks and social distancing, there is no need to continue the curfew. pic.twitter.com/Q1geRt996G

Keep in mind that at the time of this article’s publication, the official Disney Springs website still states that it will close at 7 p.m. tomorrow.
The Universal Orlando Resort website also still states that CityWalk will close early tomorrow, despite the lifted curfew.
However, we expect both of these websites to adjust accordingly so that each shopping center will close at 10 p.m. instead.
We had previously reported that Disney Springs had adjusted its operating hours beginning at the end of May in order to adhere to the Orange County curfew put in place in light of civil unrest. You can read that original story here.
