Disney Springs is gearing up for its reopening tomorrow, May 20th. The outdoor shopping and retail destination is the first Disney property in the U.S. to reopen their doors.
Disney has been very vocal about all the measures they are taking to keep their cast members and guests safe during this health pandemic. In addition to all the state-mandated codes and restrictions, Disney is going the extra mile making sure visitors feel safe and confident to visit.
First Look at Disney Springs Health and Safety Protocols
Reporter Robert Guaderrama from Fox 35 Orlando visited Disney Springs during a preview today and shared some sneak peeks on his social media.
Guaderrama shared several videos giving us a look at the preview news outlets got before Disney Springs opens tomorrow. You can see the visitors wearing appropriate face coverings that will be mandatory for guests and employees.

About 50 establishments open tomorrow at

You can see in the background some cast members are ready to welcome guest. These CM’s are part of the new team of Social Distancing Cast Members who will be helping remind guests to keep a safe distance while making the experience fun and magical as only Disney can! These CM’s have been recruited from their roles in Resort Children’s Activities Cast, and are some of the most fun and happy CMs; perfect for this role!
