As we recently reported, Disneyland Resort is currently only taking reservations for new vacations beginning July 1 and it seems the resort is now offering a special to guests with impacted vacations. Be on the lookout for this special deal — if your travel has been impacted — as someone should be reaching out to you soon!
Beginning Monday, March 30, 2020, eligible Guests can take advantage of a special Disneyland® Resort offer – valid for arrivals most nights July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 when booked by May 31, 2020. This offer is only valid for Guests who booked a Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package or room reservation that included one or more nights during the period from March 16, 2020 through June 30, 2020 and on dates while the Disneyland Resort theme parks were closed, and that were cancelled during the period from March 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020.
This offer is not valid for new bookings. Call Disney or reach out to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner beginning Monday, March 30 from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. to learn more about this offer, check availability and book.
Again, we’d like to restate this offering is only for guests who already booked travel to Disneyland Resort that has been impacted on account of the recent pandemic. This special is not for guests looking to book a new vacation.
For those looking to book a new reservation, it’s worth noting that at this time Disney has not announced an official reopening for Disneyland Resort. Additionally, the company has also not given an exact date on the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort either.
However, it is worth noting that Walt Disney World Resort is currently allowing guests to book new reservations beginning June 1.
As we recently shared, some guests have reported their reservations for new vacations from mid-May into early June at Walt Disney World have been canceled. But, as of today, May 8, new reservations at Disney World resort hotels are still available for booking after June 1.
