So for the macarons. There’s a couple things I’m curious about. First, how much granulated sugar is used? Second , the one at food and wine seemed like it had a light chocolate coating on top but this recipe doesn’t mention it at all. I had to wing it but overall the recipe turned out well. But it would be great to know those details
