With the current stay-at-home measures put in place a lot has changed. Some of the normal day to day activities that we are used to participating in, have had to be put on hold.

Instead, we are having to find ways to try to keep up our routines while also practicing social distancing. This has led most of the country, if not the world, to have to attempt full-time teleworking.

Newfound Stress In Teleworking

Needless to say, this has been incredibly complicated for most people who are used to working in a standard office setting. Not only are people now having to learn how to focus their attention while working most of the day in pajamas, but are also battling restless children at all hours of the day. Sound familiar to you?

I know that with all of this newfound stress and jumbling of routines, I have enjoyed kicking back at the end of the day with my favorite bottle of wine to chat virtually with my now long-distance friends. I’m not alone in this — a lot of offices, family and friend groups are now moving their happy hours and bonding sessions to zoom!
