Paschensko has recently created an Instagram series that inserts the Disney characters we love into modern-day maternity photoshoots (with their princes!). We’ve never seen our favorite Princesses like this before and the results are fantastic.
First, we see Princess Tiana wearing a flowing green maxi dress while Prince Naveen gazes lovingly at her. The duo are posing in front of the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans.
We can’t imagine a more perfect setting for a Princess maternity photoshoot!
Cinderella and Prince Charming look completely in love as they pose by the ocean. A pregnant Cinderella wears a sparkly empire waist maxi dress that is truly fit for a princess!
Her blue shoes are reminiscent of the iconic ballgown she wore the night Prince Charming fell in love with her.
We love this rendition of a pregnant Mulan and Li Shang on the Great Wall of China. Mulan’s pregnancy style is major goals and she looks ready for anything in her sneakers and denim crop top!
Pocahontas and her modern-day version of John Smith are depicted in a stunning field as they await the birth of their child. We can absolutely see Pocahontas choosing this form-fitting white gown for her maternity photo session.
Princess Belle and Prince Adam (thankfully no longer in Beast form!) are pictured in front of what appears to be a French chateau for their maternity pictures. Pregnant Belle’s beautiful blue maxi dress is a super updated version of her original outfit and we can’t get enough of it!
Jasmine and Aladdin’s maternity shoot is just as much fun as we would expect it to be. Prankster Aladdin laughs as pregnant Jasmine poses in a gorgeous teal gown and her famous headband from the animated Aladdin movie.
Finally, Princess Aurora and Prince Philip pose for an ethereal maternity photoshoot in the forest (presumably where Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather raised Briar Rose). We love the roses in Aurora’s hair…a nod to the name the fairies gave her!
