It was too good to be true. When Walt Disney World announced that it will be closing its theme parks, Disnaics were told that the shopping and dining district, Disney Springs, would remain open. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. All Disney-owned-and-operated establishments will be closing today, March 17, 2020. And while all non-Disney shops and restaurants are not forced to close, several are deciding to temporarily shut their doors anyway.
Here are all the non-Disney-owned restaurants that we know are closing at Disney Springs. Note that these are sit-down restaurants and several quick-service restaurants haven’t yet release statements announcing their closure:
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen will temporarily close today at 10 p.m. Along with the Walt Disney Company and our neighbors at @DisneySprings, we are monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 situation and are taking all the recommended precautions and directives.
