What a joke we used points for Grand Càlifornian when we discovered the parks were closing on the 14th. Our trip was the 12th thru 15th. I started calling dvc on the 12th to both available numbers and it took me until the 17th calling every two hours to finally get someone. I also emailed on the 13th and 14th and got no call backs Orr responses to the emails. dvx us refusing to refund the points since they did not get my call until the 17th. I am told my request to escalate to higher management will take a minimum of 30 days. So disappointing the way i was treated

Have you tried to go onto the website and cancel bc everyone else did that and got their pts back!
