Well first time disappointed in DVC. We used points and cash for Grand Càlifornian and as soon as we heard Disneyland was closing while we were driving to airport on the 12th we called to cancel. They graciously cancelled but we needed to call DVC to get points reestablished. I called e ery two hours beginning the 12th to both the 800 and 407 number and never got thru until the 17th. Dvc is refusing to give points back since i did not call before the 13th. We cancelled with hotel but DVC says no exceptions. I’m waiting for upper management call back which takes a minimum of 30 days. Don’t believe anything they say make sure you get everything in writing.
