It’s completely inappropriate to campaign outside the Disney entrance like this, no matter who the candidate is.

    1. Hal Jordan

What is inappropriate about this rally, in your mind? They appear to be on a public sidewalk.

    2. MAGA

You need a tissue? You gonna cry about it? Get a job, leftard. Your President has created MILLIONS of them for you to choose from.

      1. Hoopdeedoo

I dunno if you’re a real person or what anymore. I haven’t dipped into this stuff in 2 years, but WDW matters to me so either way –

Your response is precisely why this stuff isn’t about loving your country or your president. It’s about making people mad and getting revenge. I wish people supporting a candidate in front of WDW was about their passion and enthusiasm for the future. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it’s been 4 years. I’ve seen so little evidence it’s about anything other than revenge, including the previous comment. If this kind of thing is supposed to be about believing in your country and doing what’s right, then why does everyone get so much pleasure out of making fun of each other?

I know my statement makes me too a sensitive whatever, but my point is if there’s nothing more to any of this than sand in people’s eye, then you have to admit it doesn’t belong in Disney World.

Lol he didn’t create millions of jobs. He brought back old coal mining jobs that are replaceable in the near future. Even truck driving is gonna be replaced by autonomous self-driving technology. There’s no stopping that. Lot’s of uneducated people will lose their jobs and are EASILY replaceable. Those jobs he “created” are TEMPORARY. Renewable resources are the future and technicians with an education will be more in demand. Time to retrain those high-schools dropouts into learning how to code ?

Sounds like you want to segregate uneducated people as if they have no rights to work. Guess you never heard of being self-taught?? Also, many people just are not able to be in a class room or have the money to be educated but it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be valued and doesn’t mean there won’t be opportunities for them in the work force. Once thing I hate about politics is it brings out the worse of people no matter what party you support!! Both sides are difficult to deal with and believe their views are always best for the country…

      3. Tabitha

Your brutish, bullying ways are exactly why I would never vote Trump and are decidedly UnDisney. Do better. Be better.

      4. MAGAT

If those trumptards had jobs they wouldn’t be out there with their signs. Nice projection though, idiot.

    3. Ken

Frosty, you probably wouldn’t mind if it were a bunch of Bernie supports. You wouldn’t have minded. Everyone gets their free speech. That’s what you only believe when it suits your needs.

      1. Daddy Piranha

So, you made up a something they didn’t say in your mind and then took a bold stance against it with a follow up idiom that doesn’t apply?
It takes a certain level of bravery for you to get out of bed in the morning, doesn’t it?

Inappropriate vs Law, Unfortunately that’s the difference. I mean, no one ever slams the mass lawyers who defend criminals each and everyday who get their client off or lesser charge. Its astounding what people want to focus on!

  2. Gary

90% of your trolls would have paraded Obummer like he was a rock star…and it would have been completely appropriate. Give me a break…

    1. GrumpyIsMySpiritDwarf

No, it wouldn’t. Disney World is where we go to escape reality and enjoy fantasy. Politics of any sort has no place there.

    2. Kenneth Cox

Right…we saw this a lot in the 8 years under the last President.

      All the time

      oh wait..

    3. Greg

Obama never had to go to these lengths to get support.

    4. Patrick

You worship a pervert and a liar and a sick, twisted sack of putrid, walking hate. The “Trump Train” is a non-stop locomotive of belching lies and you love it. The fact is… we DIDN’T parade Obama like this. It’s weird, man. T-shirts and bumper stickers are fine. But it’s just so strange and weird for people to try to force Trump inside Walt Disney World. Hell, people spend thousands of dollars on elaborate vehicles, RV’s, big trucks, over-the-top crap… people are even painting Trump stuff on their house. The fact that you don’t think it’s weird… is weird lol. I will gladly admit that I am a proud member of the Walt Disney World cult lol. But vapid zealots like yourself will never admit you are in a cult, and you get wildly triggered by anyone (at all) pointing out just how strange this whole phenomenon is. After all… don’t those weirdos hanging around outside the WDW sign have jobs? Is that really the best way they can spend their day? Worshipping Trump? Because trust me… they’re not changing minds. They’re only throwing their own little pep rallies and getting off to worshiping that pervert. lol. So weird.

  3. John York

Here come the pissed off looney leftists to crap in everyone’s sandwiches. Get a hobby.

  4. Mark

I hate to break it but he is still the president like it or not agree its wrong but we are a red state!

  5. Kenneth Cox

They should get hit with copyright infringement since other groups and companies get hit with it. As for this thread, I am sure it is about to get nasty (and it already has based on a few I’ve seen).

    1. Elise

Eh let them have fun they are legally in an area that is not legally Disney property and their not hurting anyone.

  6. Jamie

People come to Disney to escape…I hope these individuals are banned. I would be disappointed to come to Disney and see that. People want pictures of these areas as they are created to be. Not convoluted with political crap!

  7. Anon

Why’d they put Nazi gear on Mickey? That’s Donald Duck’s thing!

…Is a type of statement I expect to see in the comments. However, using terms like “triggered” and getting super opinionated in articles that are mainly factual isn’t something I’d expect from you, ITW. Just please report the facts. I’ve been following you since the beginning and I’d hate to lose respect for you in the same way I have WDWNT and Disneyandmore.

I used to have the website bookmarked and almost read it every day. However, you can clealy tell the author TJ is leaned towards the left. Whether your right or left your article should be neutral, lack of that shows a true inability to control your emotions and write fo a website such as this. It looks like back disfoums and wdwmagic for me. No matter which way you lean TJ, understand a user base is NOT here to read your political leaning(s), if you want that, write in an editorial
opinion section, or paste your belief in the “comments” section like done here. If any editor of this website reads this, I sincerely hope in the future you read over your freelancers as you just lost a person who enjoyed your website!

Now that ITM is a political website, I am gonna make sure to update the SEO so Google designates it with that tag as well.

    1. Sully

Maybe get your own website and do what you want with it. You’re literally telling someone what they can and can’t do. If you don’t like it, start your own Disney website and you can then pretend to not lean in any direction.

  10. Ken

“D” is correct. This site should not lean a certain way politically, but it does. It’s as bad as fake news. Just report the facts, not put your liberal/progressive/Commy ideas as news. We don’t want to read that. We all like WD, but could do without promoting your agenda, which we are sick of. Disney has an agenda as well and I’m starting to get sick of it too.

    1. Kenneth Cox

      Bye.

  11. Paul Alter

Reading the comments I can see some “triggering” on both sides. I fully respect the folks right to make their opinions public. Co-opting private held property (Mickey’s image) is tacky. Although it would crack me up if Disney pursued their infringement – rule of law, right? – they won’t. Too messy and what’s the real value gained? Now, if one of the candidates start using Disney intellectual property in their campaigns without approval, that’s a whole different story. If someone wants to make political opinions on Disney property, Disney has the right to show them the door. Once again, rule of law. Disney gets to set its policies on their own property, just like any corporation.

    1. Patricia

Disney might pursue copyright infringement. My daughter told me about a preschool in Florida that used Disney characters on their building without permission and Disney made them remove all of it – and that wasn’t something political. I believe Disney when they say they don’t endorse candidates and I’d hate to see them let this slide. They can stand with their signs and flags, but when they use Disney characters, Mickey in particular, they are crossing a legal line.

  12. Sully

Remember when Reagan supporters would gather at the front gate??? Of course you don’t because they weren’t brain washed losers with endless free time on their hands. Donald Trump is a poor mans idea of a rich man. A weak mans idea of a strong man. A dumb mans idea of a smart man. He’s racking up debt when our previous president was paying it down. Job growth has actually slowed under Trump. These are facts and no amount of MAGA people standing outside an entrance, trying to ruin people’s vacations will change this. Congrats to these people. They finally belong to something. Something stupid but something none the less.

  13. Mary Almeida

Love it!!! He is our president and his image and support should be welcomed anywhere

    1. Gideon

He’s garbage that only trash likes.

    2. AM

Donald Trump is a dumpter fire.

  14. Gideon

Hey! Thanks for using the word triggered. It clued me into the fact that this Disney blog is run by trash people, so I’ll never have to visit it again.

  15. Adam

Your use of the word “triggered” suggests a pejorative of people who object to such display. You should consider editing your writing as well as your perceived bias.

  16. Argle

It looks like ten toothless bubbas went and blew their paychecks at a print shop and decided to stand next to their favorite fancy restaurant. No big deal.

  17. Bravo

    Trump loves the uneducated.

  18. Matt Brewster

I hope Diz slapped them with a Cease and Desist order immediately for copyright infringement. Mickey is not political!

  19. EricJ

Technically speaking, Mickey isn’t even allowed to hold your bottle of Coke in a guest picture, lest that constitute “Unauthorized celebrity endorsement”.
    Someone’s gettin’ banned for life… 🙂

  20. TreadingWater

Isn’t it illegal to use the Mouse and Walt’s signature sign?
No one has ever been able to use it. Personally, I would like to see Disney get a Cease and Desist order. This is really bad for business. People are bringing their kids and themselves here to get away from politics for a few hours. Just a few hours. Is that really too much to ask? Not everyone wants to live politics 24/7.

  21. MAGA 🙂 Enjoyed the article. Thank you.
