If you are visiting Disneyland Resort and are craving some delicious Asian flavors, then you’ll want to stop by the newly opened Asian Street Eats by Chef Hung Huynh.
The new Asian Street Eats is a new concept from Earl Enterprises and just made its grand opening to the public in the Downtown Disney District.
This unique eatery is a take-out window, located at the West End of the district. The menu consists of flavorful Asian dishes perfect for the whole family. Let’s take a look at some of the options available at Asian Street Eats:
Customizable Mixed Bowls
You can grab a mixed bowl and customize it so the flavors coincide with your palette! Choose from either grilled chicken, braised beef short rib, or sautéed tofu to start. Your customized mixed bowl can also come with royal purple rice or mixed greens as its base and then can be topped with fire-roasted corn, cabbage, cucumbers, pickled carrots, caramelized onions, and your choice of sauce!
Customizable Scallion Pancake Wrap
Another customizable dish available is the Scallion Pancake Wrap, which comes stuffed with cabbage, caramelized onions, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha aïoli. You will also have a choice of either grilled chicken, braised beef short rib, or sautéed tofu.
The selection of sauces includes miso honey, teriyaki, spicy teriyaki, Sriracha aïoli, sesame citrus soy, and spicy avocado.
A classic Asian dish — Pot Stickers! You can choose from either chicken or vegetable pot stickers, each served with ginger soy sauce.
This is actually the first concept Chef Hung Huynh has developed for Earl Enterprises! And better yet, he will oversee Asian Street Eats as executive chef! Chef Hung is an award-winner of Bravo’s Top Chef.
