Ballast Point

Guests at Downtown Disney District don’t have to wait any longer for Ballast Point Brewery to open its doors. The new brewpub officially opened on January 16, 2019!

The family-friendly pub is the first on-site brewery at Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District and it offers more than 50 styles of Ballast Point beer across 100 tap lines. With an on-site three-barrel brewing system, the pub offers limited-edition brews exclusive to the Downtown Disney location along with Ballast Point favorites like Sculpin IPA, Fathom IPA, and Victory at Sea.

The space features a 4,000-square foot glass-enclosed bar and restaurant plus a 3,000-square foot outdoor beer garden with cabana-style seating. The main tap room has seating for 220 people as well as several private and semi-private spaces for hosting groups.

In addition to the wide selection of craft beer, Ballast Point is serving up some tasty meals, too. The menu includes a selection of shareable plates including Pretzel Bites, Duck Confit Nachos, Glazed Pork Belly, Vegan Lettuce Cups, and more. Guests can also enjoy salads, flatbreads, burgers, wraps, tacos, fish and chips, and other tempting brewpub food. Desserts include Creme Brulee Cheesecake and “Victory at Sea” S’Mores.

The kids’ menu offers a selection of main dishes, sides, and a drink for $10. Your little ones can opt for items like Crispy Chicken Tenders, Grilled Cheese, French Fries, Fruit, and more. For every kid’s meal ordered at the Downtown Disney location, Ballast Point will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry, a national organization providing children with nutritious food options in an effort to end child hunger.

“Ballast Point is born and raised in Southern California, so we’re particularly excited to strengthen our relationship with the local Anaheim community and beyond this, the many guests who visit Disneyland each year,” said Ben Dollard, president of Ballast Point. “This new location also gives our passionate brewing and culinary teams the perfect place to test new and inventive offerings, as we welcome longtime Ballast Point fans and introduce new guests to our brand.”

Ballast Point is now open at Downtown Disney District seven days a week from 10:00 AM – midnight. For more on what’s happening at Downtown Disney District, take a look at our coverage here.
