    Hey great article!
Just FYI that photo with Edna Mode is Linda Hunt and not Edith Head, but still great.

It’s possible that Brad Bird’s facial features, and his dad’s personality, are the inspirations for Mr. Incredible. There’s also no doubt that Frozone is set to look like Samuel L. Jackson himself.

Besides Roger Rabbit being this amalgamation of all these cartoon characters, including Bugs Bunny, he reminds me of this combination of comedians that defined the 20th Century. No surprise that Charles Fleischer is part of Roger’s antics, but I feel like there’s a bit of Buddy Hackett, Mel Brooks, and Buster Keaton inside him. Hackett for his wit, Brooks for his unpredictability, and Keaton for his physical strengths. And if there is one more person that Roger represents, it’s the big-kid and humorous side of the film’s executive producer Steven Spielberg. Most of Roger had an influence on Spielberg’s own characters, including Pinky from The Animaniacs.
