I don’t think having a different packaged Coke product will ruin my experience; it might make it more fun. My family doesn’t drink sodas, but I wouldn’t mind having one of these newer packaged Cokes in Galaxy’s Edge. We love the immersive theming at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but I overhear so many children asking for a soda, and the parents of those children are generally annoyed that traditional American drinks are not offered jn those areas of the park. I think the lack of sodas in the Wizarding World does add to the experience; you don’t see or hear about Coke products in the movies or books. But, the reverse could be said for Galaxy’s Edge. Although some people may be outraged about the situation, Disney IS providing a back story and attempting to blend the products in by making the packaging look different; I think that’s a good thing.

Hate it (and I drink nothing but Diet Coke all day.) So much for immersive. Just glad Harry Potter had JK Rowling to stop it at Universal.
