A surprise treat this year: Chinese Cotton Candy! This beauty has a slight taste of honey rather than the classic pink or blue sugar tase, and was super fresh and soft. You can find 2, 3, 4, and 5 layer versions being made fresh to order at the Lotus House at the China Pavilion in Epcot when the candy artist is present. #epcot #chinapavilion #chinesecottoncandy #epcotflowerandgardenfestival #flowerandgarden2019 #waltdisneyworld
According to People, this stunning sweet first originated on the streets of China and has now made its way to Walt Disney World. They report vendors in China have been making similar designs for years but the trend first blew up online in 2015 when Instagram videos of intricate flower-shaped cotton candy started popping up everywhere.
