Since Disneyland‘s opening day on July 17, 1955, guests visiting the park– be they locals or tourists– have wondered what it must be like to become a Skipper aboard Adventureland’s world-famous Jungle Cruise.
This week we’re incredibly thrilled and excited to launch Inside the Magic’s new video series created in partnership with Disneyland Resort, focusing on Cast Member Profiles of some of the most noteworthy and sought-after positions around both parks. Naturally for the first installment, we had to go with an opening-day attraction, and one of the most high-profile roles at Walt Disney’s original Magic Kingdom: The Jungle Cruise Skipper.
