Dew Point Hooligan cocktail at Bar 17 BistroUniversal’s Aventura Hotel opens on August 16, and today the resort previewed the mouth-watering food and drink menu for Bar 17 Bistro, their first-ever rooftop bar and grill.
Located on the 17th floor of the new Aventura Hotel, the bistro offers views of all three Universal Orlando theme parks through its stunning floor-to-ceiling glass panels. While relaxing in the open-air venue, guests can enjoy a delicious menu of small plates and unique cocktails.

Cocktails
The bistro offers a modern take on frozen drinks with freshly-made, icy cocktails featuring ingredients like rum, matcha, and lime or bourbon, maple, and grapefruit.
For a bit of a kick with your cocktail, there’s the Firebird — crafted with tequila, jalapeno, strawberry, and cilantro. Other tempting cocktail options include the Dew Point Hooligan, Almost Sangria, and Devils Umbrella.
For a non-alcoholic option, try the Pineapple Turmeric Lemonade, one of the restaurant’s featured “mocktails.”
Small Plates
Bar 17 Bistro offers a variety of bao buns with different fillings, including these Braised Pork Belly Bao and Firecracker Shrimp Bao.
For lighter fare, this Summer Beet and Glazed Fig Salad is a refreshing dish made with Florida-grown produce. Other citrus-inspired salads will also appear on the menu.
The easy-to-share Wagyu Beef Sliders are made with horseradish mayo, gruyere cheese, roasted pepper chutney and watercress, and served with a side of pomme frites.
