Universal Orlando Resort’s new Aventura Hotel is almost ready to welcome its first guests and we’re still learning details about the soon-to-open resort experience.

Universal Orlando announced today that guests of Aventura will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasty meal at the hotel’s modern food hall, Urban Pantry. Inspired by the world-famous food halls in major cities around the world, Urban Pantry will fit perfectly with Aventura’s contemporary style.

Start your Universal Orlando adventure with a hearty breakfast sandwich stacked with bacon, egg, and avocado, served alongside crispy roasted potatoes and a colorful bowl of mixed berries—just one of the mouthwatering dishes waiting for you at Urban Pantry inside Aventura Hotel.

Urban Pantry will boast a menu filled with made-from-scratch meals, diverse flavors, fresh ingredients and globally inspired dishes. While the Bar 17 Bistro may be the place to be at night, Urban Pantry will feed guests throughout the day, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The food hall will offer plenty of seating and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing guests with a beautiful view and plenty of sunlight.

Universal Orlando also shared a sneak peek at some of the delicious choices Urban Pantry will offer, including:

The Roast Station – Enjoy entrees like lamb, prime rib, chicken, salmon and more as well as sides like quinoa, couscous, roasted marble potatoes, spinach and seasonal veggies.

The Pizza Station – Watch as chefs prepare your mouth-watering pizza topped with gourmet ingredients like smoked salmon, prosciutto and more. Seating will be available for guests to watch as their pizza is made.

Sizzling with theme park flavor, two mouthwatering pizzas topped with fresh herbs, juicy tomatoes, melty cheese, and assorted toppings rest on pans over a sleek marble counter—just one of the delicious bites you can enjoy at Urban Pantry inside Universal Orlando’s Aventura Hotel.

The Wok Station – Choose either stir fry or ramen-style, pick either steak, chicken, shrimp or tofu and top it off with your choice of vegetables. This station will also offer sushi and other appetizers.

The Burger Station – Choose between grass-fed beef, Black Angus beef, turkey burger or vegetarian burger and add gourmet toppings like aged gouda, bacon and fig jam and more. This station will also offer a Florida Grouper sandwich for seafood lovers. And of course, you can complete your meal with french fries and savory dipping sauces.
