Credit: UniversalUniversal Orlando has plenty of exciting things on the way, including the brand new Aventura Hotel. One of the most intriguing aspects of the new hotel will be its rooftop bar and grill, Bar 17 Bistro.
Today, Universal revealed some new details on Bar 17 Bistro, named for its location on the 17th floor.
Bar 17 Bistro will open in the evenings, providing a beautiful view of the Florida sunset over Universal’s theme parks and Volcano Bay.
The bar will not be restricted to guests of the hotel, but will instead be open to anyone who wishes to take in its delightful views and enjoy a cocktail. A special elevator in the lobby will take guests directly to the bar.
Bar 17 Bistro won’t just be about the views though. The bar will feature specialty cocktails designed by the same expert mixologist who helped create the drink menu at Strong Water Tavern at Sapphire Falls Resort, as well as small plates like nachos, sliders, salads and other favorites.
