More Italian cuisine is set to debut at Disney Springs this week with the opening of Terralina Crafted Italian on Thursday, June 28.
The new restaurant, inspired by the Lake District in Northern Italy, comes from James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano. Located along the shores of Lake Buena Vista, the eatery will offer its own lake views, Italian dishes, and spirits.
Chef Mantuano collaborated with Executive Chef Justin Plank to create the tempting menu. The restaurant offers classic dishes like House-made Lasagna as well as specialties such as the House-made Porchetta with spicy-sweet Apple Mostarda and Slow-roasted Beef Short Rib with Honey-Balsamic Glaze. Guests can also enjoy Bucatini with Clams, wood-fired pizzas, Swordfish Peperonatta with roasted peppers, and Center-cut Pork Chop with Creamy Polenta.
Other favorites from the menu include Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana and the Antipasti Tower, which features cured meats, house-made pickled vegetables, artisanal cheeses, and pecorino truffle potato chips:
Chef Mantuano describes the restaurant as “relaxed and welcoming.” The outdoor dining area includes a veranda bar overlooking Riverboat Square, offering guests gorgeous waterfront views.
Located at The Landing at Disney Springs, Terralina Crafted Italian will be open daily for lunch and dinner starting on June 28. Reservations are available here for bookings starting on July 30, 2018. Walk-ins are welcome.
