The lovable Abominable Snowman from Monsters Inc. greets guests at Pixar Pier, enthusiastically pointing toward giant ice cream cones above the “Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats” sign.

Pixar Pier may not be scheduled to officially open for another seven weeks at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, but that hasn’t stopped Disney California Adventure from opening one or two shops and stands planned for the area early. After seeing the Knick’s Knacks merchandise store ready and welcoming guests in time for Pixar Fest just a few weeks ago, “Monsters Inc.” fans can now grab a frozen dessert from Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats— formerly Paradise Pier Ice Cream Company.

The location offers a short but tasty list of ice cream cones, cups, and specialties like the already-popular Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait, a Root Bear Float, and It’s Snow-Capped Lemon soft serve dipped in white chocolate.

The remainder of Pixar Pier is still set to open on Saturday, June 23rd at Disney California Adventure.
