Summertime is about to start heating up in Southern California, and nowhere is that more evident than at Disneyland Resort, where Disney California Adventure is readying to open its new Pixar Pier area next month, and the original Disneyland theme park has started construction on The Tropical Hideaway, Adventureland’s highly-anticipated upcoming outdoor Enchanted Tiki Room-themed eatery.

In the latest installment of our ongoing video series “INSIDE Disneyland Resort,” I spent some time walking around both parks earlier this week to check out these updates and more, making note of any interesting changes, updates, and additions to the Happiest Place on Earth.
